She has an extensive work experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers with 15 years of experience. She’s dedicated to helping organizations become successfully accredited and sustain greatness. Her professional knowledge offers clients expertise in accreditation preparation, strategic planning, board development, and risk management strategies. Keturah has been a leader in the field of accreditation, including her former role as Senior Director of Accreditation & Clinical Operations. Driven by her passion to ensure all patients receive quality care by assisting organizations to improve their quality and care provided in the ambulatory setting & long-term setting. Her expertise provides improved quality, competent staff, and operational efficiency that’s needed to ensure success with compliance. Keturah has direct expertise in developing clinical and operational excellence in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), creating and implementing standard operating processes and procedures, ensuring successful strategic preparation strategies for regulatory audits including Joint Commission, HRSA, and FTCA.
